Fitness Classes @ Fitness Paradise
All Fitness Classes
- $10 for all 1 hour classes (Bar-Bell & Active Toning, Tai Chi,
Aerobics, Bushikai Karate)
- $6.50 for all ½ hour classes (Boxing 4 fitness, Ab’s & Core on fitball and floor)
Note; Boxing for fitness classes all participants must have “cotton inner gloves” $5 per pair of cotton inners.
Private, Pre-organised group exercise classes
- Fitness Paradise can take private group exercise classes on request, all we need is a minimum number of 8 participants
- Must book with centre - minimum of 3 weeks prior to class requested starts
- Group needs to decide what “class content you desire” eg Tai-bo, Tai Chi, Boxing, Pilates, circuit or muscle conditioning
- Group members need to be free of, any contradictions to exercise
- Classes can be done a) Fitness Paradise b) Outdoors. Group needs to decide where?
- Class duration is one hour
- Cost = $15 per participant
- Booking fee of $120 must be paid 1 day prior to class commencing
- Continuing pre-organised group exercise classes, booking fee applies
Personal Training - In-House
(Fitness Paradise preferred trainers/on site)
BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL
For “x10” 45min Personal Training sessions = $400
Single PT, members & non-members, 45 min = $50
Duel PT (two people at once) 45 min = $35 each = $70 total.
Duel PT Pack – “x10” duel sessions = $30 each per person, total amount is $600 or $300 each.
- $50 per 45 min “One on one PT” while on desk
- You decide what type of PT you require?
Includes - Muscle conditioning
Includes - Cardio fitness conditioning
Includes - Boxing for fitness
Includes - Sports specific training
You can also have a combination of the above Personal Training mediums, eg – Muscle conditioning mixed with Boxing for fitness PT.
Personal Training - Out of House

Rates
- One–on–one; Personal Trainer; $65 per hour - Must book session, 2 days prior to commencement
- Booking conditions; $25 pre-booking fee required, (payed to gym) 2 days prior to Personal Training session. Also...
1. Client must complete pre-activity questionnaire, to determine any contradictions to exercise.
2. Client must disclose goals and current exercise plans plus past exercise history, to trainer.
3. Client and trainer must agree on set time for session.
4. Client and trainer must agree on venue for session.
5. There is a cancellation fee of $25. admin fee. Total cost of cancellation is $25.
PT PACKAGES ARE AVALIBLE; x10 sessions = $550 = $55 each.
Bushikai Karate with Kyoshi Gary & Sempai Teri
Monday & Wednesday 7-8pm
If you are interested in learning self-defense, self confidence or self control through martial arts fitness, this class is for you. Incorporating a combination of different martial arts techniques, strategies and mind set, you are guided through countless possibilities of self protection, development and awareness.
Active Toning with Anthony
Wednesday 7-8am
Through a combination of cardio-vascular and muscle conditioning exercises, this class is definitely designed to stimulate your metabolism!!! Mixed with fun and variety, Anthony prescribes a very very active class!
Freestyle Aerobics Class with Louise
Follows Bar-Bell class, every Tuesday 6.30-7.30pm
Lou takes a motivating and stimulating class, full of fun and cool moves. Great music with a mixture of Aerobics, Tai Bo, Funk and hip-hop moves, increase your heart rate and energy expenditure. Class is suitable for anybody who likes to have a little fun, while they exercise.
Bar-Bell with Sarah
Tuesday 5.30-6.30pm, Thursday 6.30-7.30am
If you want to stimulate you metabolism and change the shape of your body, “Bar-Bell” is for you. Muscle conditioning with free weights class, Sarah delivers a fantastic class to music. A total body workout, suitable for all levels.
Ab's and Core with Teri
Friday, 12.30-1pm
3o minutes of complete core conditioning, working the front and side ab’s, lower-back and internal ab’s. Teri also incorporates other abdominal equipment like fit balls and abdominal machines to ad excitement and variety to this complete ab’s and core class.
Pilate’s with Becstar
Friday 6.30-7.30pm
An awesome class to strengthen your core, increase your flexibility,
mobility and stability of the joints. Becstar delivers total core conditioning class which can help achieve excellent strength gains as well as improvement with posture.
